Each platform has its own analytics, so comparing performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the rest is slow, and it is hard to tell what is genuinely working from one lucky post.

What the template does

What it does

A planner for up to 100 posts: date, platform, content type, topic, hook, caption, goal, call to action, status and posting time, with dropdowns. Content ID and posting day fill in automatically.
A performance tracker: enter six metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves and followers gained). Engagement rate, a Strong/Good/Average/Below Average band, weighted engagement rate and a 0–100 performance score calculate automatically.
A dashboard with nine headline numbers, including total views, average engagement rate, followers gained, top post, best posting day, strongest platform and top content type, plus four charts.
Insights by posting day, platform, content type and month. Winners need at least two posts, so a single lucky post can't skew the result.
Scoring weights, engagement bands and benchmark targets you can adjust on the Lists sheet.

What format is the product?

A single Excel workbook (.xlsx) with 6 sheets.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

A one-time purchase of $19. There is no subscription.

Do I need Excel?

You need Microsoft Excel 2019 or later, or Microsoft 365, because the workbook uses the MAXIFS function. It contains no macros. It has not been tested in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet apps, so we can't promise it will work there.

Can I edit the template?

Yes. Input cells are clearly marked, and lists and settings can be changed. Cells that contain formulas are best left alone, because editing them can break the calculations.

Does it work with my own data?

Add planned posts on the Planner. Once a post is live, pick its Content ID on Performance and type in its six metrics.

What do I receive after purchase?
